I thought this movie was called Formula 51, but oh well. This movie is very funny, but mostly if you like put downs and insults. Some of the greatests insults and slap downs I have heard came out of this movie. Samuel Jackson does a great job of "Bringing the pain" so to speak. At one point he argues that rules are simply "Suggestions" or that they don't REALLY matter that much. His partner gives him the greatest "Are you retarded?" look I have ever seen.
One star only because its not everyones type of movie. But if its yours, you will like it.
