Reserve & Full Time

Does someone who is a Reserve in the Military and someone who is Full Time have the exact same training?

Time Full and Reserve

They should have the same initial training. But obviously if someone is in full time service, their training is progressive and continual, as reserves learn the basics and are supposed to only be called up when the country is in need. Their training is thus less, especially over time. But such things like firing a gun, combat training, and other such basics are all covered by both full time and reserves.
