This is not the first time this administration has squashed free speech. Last year a group of four stood at the back of the room where Bush was holding a press conference and held up a sign that was against the war. Bush had them removed, even though they weren't blocking anyones view and weren't making any noise. Cheney should have to pay for a violation of civil rights. If it was really assault and harassment, then he would have been kept in jail, its the vice president for goodness sake, it was a bogus charge because Cheney doesn't like hearing the truth that he has helped build a horrible presidential administration that the majority of America can see through as a fraud.
Cheney has to be the most anti-social public official in history. I would like to see evidence that this man assaulted him as well as a lawsuit against the secret service for denying the man his right to contact an elected official. At what point did civil service begin to not include civility or servitude. Dick Cheney acts like any person that has to work for a living is just another commodity.
