While the $5 foot long was a nice pitch I hardly ever bought them. I was more into the subway salads that were much better for me. I liked a good healthy salad rather all the bread on a foot long. I hope they offer better pricing for salads.

I believe that subway makes a great mozzarella meatball twelve inch sub. They also have a good blt on a whole wheat twelve inch sub.

Call me boring, but I like the Italian sandwich they have over there. That said, I think for the price, I prefer Jimmy John's for getting a fast sandwich now.

I actually used to really hate Subway because when I was a kid, we'd only get it when my dad went to get it, and he always asked for so many vegetables in the sandwiches, so I just thought they all tasted bad. Then I got to order a sandwich myself and realized it wasn't so bad, (Laugh).
