The Milwaukee Brewers' Ryan Braun, the 2011 National League Most Valuable Player tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug and faces a 50-game suspension to begin 2012. Braun, however, told USA TODAY Saturday night that he will appeal the decision.

Ryan Braun has been suspended without pay for the rest of the MLB season for violating the league's drug policy, Commissioner Bud Selig announced.
Braun, an outfielder for the Milwaukee Brewers, admitted to wrongdoing and apologized for his actions. "I am not perfect," He said in a statement. Ref. CNN
