Flip The Board

Flip The Board

When playing chess do you generally like to Flip The Board (see the Chess Board from the opponents angle) when playing? Most tend to do this when playing online to see possible hidden moves. Do you employ this?

Board Flip

I flip the board frequently when playing online. I tend to sabotage myself when I do that. If there is no time limit on moves, then I can take my time. Problem is I seem to be able to find their moves and predict their moves better than my own. I over analyze the game into oblivion and end up ruining my game and I lose. I don't know why, and I can't seem to stop doing it, so I just stop flipping the board.
