Xlviii Bowl Super

The Seattle Seahawks have defeated the Denver Broncos 43-8 to win Super Bowl XLVIII.

Seattle was handed a 2-0 lead on the first play of the game when Denver snapped the ball into the end zone for a safety, and the Seahawks never looked back.

The NFL's best defense kept the NFL's best offense off the scoreboard until there were just 3 seconds left in the third quarter. Ref. CNN
