A BIRD? A PLANE? NO, IT'S JOHN LENNON
A new film about John Lennon's peace campaign and the U.S. government's efforts to silence him presents the former Beatle as a Superman figure battling evil, but no saint, according to his widow Yoko Ono.

I saw this movie, and its not a bad flick. The problem is, despite what Yoko says, it does make him out to be nearly super human. It makes him into something more than he was, a singer with a purpose. He did make great strides towards showing people that peace is something to work for, but he wasn't the first, he wasn't the last, and he wasn't the greatest. The movie acts as if he alone started the peace movement, instead of being a part of the greater whole. Had he not been famous, would this movie had been made based on his merits in spreading peace?
