Sprain or Worst?
If I accidentally fall and hurt my ankle, how do I know if it is a Sprain or Worst?

Worst Sprain
You need to get an x-ray to determine if there is a break or a torn ligament which would both be much worse than a sprain. But if there is significant bruising then its definitely worse than a sprain. Sprains can have knots and and swollen spots as well as ligament tears. The best thing to do if you cannot walk on it at all under your own weight without help is to get it checked out just to make sure.
