The Florida jury in the "Loud-music" Murder trial of Michael Dunn has found him guilty on four charges, including three for attempted second-degree murder.
But they were unable to reach a verdict on a fifth count of first-degree murder. Judge Russell Healey declared a mistrial on this count.
Davis was one of four black teenagers who were in an SUV fired on by Dunn, who is white. The shooting came after an argument over loud music at a gas station in Jacksonville, Florida.
Dunn, 47, was also charged with three counts of attempted murder and a fifth count of shooting or throwing deadly missiles. He claimed he saw one of the SUV's occupants produce what looked like a shotgun and open the vehicle's door. No gun was found. Ref. CNN
