Well I haven't seen where vaccinated people can get it still. I think you should see a doctor and let him tell you what it is. It is better to be safe than sorry. You maybe thinking rubella but it maybe something else. Hang in there both of you. I wish you both a speedy recovery.

Yes, you can still get it in the milder form. That's what boosters are for (specially for adults) Anyhow, I am not sure if is Rubella it is definetely some sort of viral rash. Hope to feel better soon, thanks for the good wishes.

Assuming you are having no bronchial issue I bet you are on the right track. Yes boosters are important for polio, hep a and b as well. many for get anti bodies vanish over time and need replenished.

Rose, I don't think so since I do not have a fever neither the symptoms associated with dengue.

As an update, Felipe's spots are almost gone. He does not feel any pain or symptoms. Me by the other hand have spots even on my feet! but hopefully will clear up soon. None of us had a fever thank goodness.

Actually I was thinking dengue but really didn't wanted to alarm you (myself too I guess). I am glad your son has recovered, I know all too well the pain a parent feel when their child is sick. My prayers are with you both and I am sure you will recover soon.

P.S. Please forgive me but I really was praying more for your son's recovery, not that I didn't wanted you to get better but as I said, I know the pain parents go through when the kids are sick. Now that your son is better, you can focus on your own recovery now. Again I am sorry for being so ? ( I don't know the word to describe it now) but you understand right?
