What is your review for the entertainment value of the movie called, "Assassins Tale"?

Tale Assassins
This is one of those movies that with a little more effort could have been better but it came out just "OK". I think in some cases the acting was a bit dry and that may have been because top stars won't chosen or maybe the director was too easily satisfied but either way its not that great of a 'Tale'.
