I personally don't care what my bishop asks. I am worthy of the temple and I can answer everything in the affirmative. If there were a case where a location offered a particular challenge, a question related to that should not be an issue. I believe that Bishop's are only trying to do their best. If they feel like they need to add an additional question or two then that is their right.
Yes it is the Lord who deems us worthy - and it is through his Bishops and Stake Presidents. I would recommend using caution on second guessing the decisions made by church leaders whether you agree or not. They were called for a reason.
