Substance Abuse vs. Other Abuses
Is Substance Abuse just as bad as Other Abuses such as over eating or can they not be compared?

Abuses Vs Abuse Substance
In some way, drug abuse is not nearly as bad as other addictions because one can easily see how bad drug abuse is, while other abuses aren't so easily viewed from a first person point of view or even an outside point of view. How many people can spot an eating addiction compared to a heavy drug addiction? Its much harder to spot a sex addict or a food addict as opposed to a heroin addict. Being so benign looking and so hard to spot means it could go on indefinitely without even you knowing or realizing you have a problem. One could theoretically die young and never understand they had an addiction where as this can rarely happen to a drug addict, someone will recognize it and say something.
