The Shin Bet is required to report to the court that torture were used, so that the judges will know what weight to give evidence gathered under such means. Hasna is correct, this agency needs to continue to help the Palestinians to give them some hope. Without hope they will indeed turn into terrorists. There has got to be a way to figure out how to fix this mess… I just can't see it. And with the hardened hearts of many of the Arabs I just don't think they would agree to a settlement that doesn't give them everything they want… which would mean suicide for Israel.
