Sovereignty Tribal Bush

Quote=Webster's Dictionary
trib-al pertaining to, or characteristic of, a tribe or tribes.
sov-er-eign-ty 1. the quality or state of being sovereign 2. the status, dominion, power, or authority of a sovereign. a. supreme and independent power or authority in government as possessed or claimed by a state or community, 4. a sovereign state, community, or political unit.

Rather off topic, but...
First, the question was a setup by a "news" paper that hates President Bush as much as any liberal paper does. The Seattle Post-Intelligencer is as liberal as they get. Next, looking at the above quote from Webster, what would you answer? And last, play it again and listen to the nervous laughter from the audience. They felt the setup. The good ole Seattle paper went way out of their way to ask a loaded question. I would love to be able to see the tables turned and have Bush ask the Editorial Page Editor the same question.

President Bush's explanation? I couldn't do any better looking at the definition above.
