Minneapolis police officer who killed Amir Locke during no-knock raid won't face charges, prosecutors announce. Officer Mark Hanneman fatally shot Amir Locke during a no-knock raid in February. Prosecutors said there was insufficient evidence "To disprove beyond a reasonable doubt any of the elements of Minnesota’s use-of-deadly-force statute that authorizes the use of force by Officer Hanneman."
