I heard that many of the men that play Football tend to be gay. Any truth to that one?

No, I don't think is true. Gays are in every profession you can think of. The football players are not the exception.

I don't know about that, either... If we're talking American Football, I'd have no idea whatsoever.

If we're talking soccer (which the rest of the world calls football), I really can't think of a single one... though, maybe they're still 'in the closet'?

As for gays in this game, I am sure there are, just as gays can be in any game. Wether they have a preference to be in this game is purely speculation and the only way I can see something like this being even a consideration may be the way they celebrate the making of goals (sometimes they overdo).
