My Knownhost Review

I have used Knownhost and recommend them. If you want courteous service then 'ask' for Jennifer.

My only lag was there was incident in which a user from here tried to accuse us of spamming them and I was not too pleased how one of the Knownhost support personnel was dealing with it. However after a few communications with Knownhost it was resolved.

The best part of Knownhost is their service as it is timely They answer Emails within a couple of hours, sometimes within minutes depending on their workload. They are not afraid to share with you needed information to get your host up and running such as codes, etc.

I've heard some good things about them for lower level hosting, but I don't know how they stand for dedicated hosting.
