If the people that own these web sites are using them for illicit/illegal sales, then yes I do think the FBI should shut down and confiscate the sites.

If however it can't be proved that anything wrong is being done through the websites, then I don't feel that the FBI should be able to take over the sites, as it takes away peoples livelihood.

I think it is good! I probably will get stick for that but when you consider the amount of domains being used for all kinds of scams out there wouldn't you rather the FBI has it than someone trying to take your money?
