Bullying has been a problem - especially for the young - as long as people have been on Earth. But now with the anonymity of social media, there is nothing to slow down the first mean impulse that can cross someone's mind.
Shea S(Laugh)n of Plano, Texas had a severe injury to the frontal lobes of her brain due to a lack of oxygen when she was born. She had many seizures during her first 14 days as a newborn, and many more since. Recently the mentally challenged 18-year old has also received many vicious messages on her iPhone. Ref. Source 4
