Is there a way to see Unedited Parts of the Matrix Trilogy or parts not included in the final cut?

Absolutley. There is a special edition set of the Matrix trilogy that include a revisited disc for each movie as well as several other special edition discs including "the Roots of the Matrix", The burly Man Chronicles" and "The Zion Archive". I actually received this Ultimate Matrix Collection for Christmas and found that it includes about 35 hours of features.
