Aboriginal offenders are routinely discriminated against by the corrections system and are far less likely to get parole or be rehabilitated by their experiences in jail, the ombudsman for federal prisons says.

Absolutely true, I knew this for a very long time, after all I am Yellowknife.
It's perception of unworthiness which also permeated America, in fact so many times.
It's the 'Act "Normal" or your bad". syndrome.
It's the same stupid and in fact greatest flaw of humanity to judge people this way.
