Training video about making sushi. Steven Pallett makes it so easy for the amateur to learn how to make sushi. The presentation is clean, organized and explains the whys in making sushi (Why use Japanese Rice, Why do you need to wash rice several times, Why you need a long sharp knife,etc.), not just - "do this because you have to"¦" instructions. Making sushi requires timing. The is the best sushi video I have seen.
