Sump Pump

For those who have a house with a basement, you are well aware of the problems that can arise if it becomes flooded or even gets a little water. A sump pump can prevent water in the basement and save you thousands in water removal and lost value on your home. A sump pump is located in the lowest section of your basement and is triggered when the water level reaches a critical level. Pump Sump

This is really important depending on what elevation you are located at. Even in my area which is not terribly low it is a good idea. I was having blueprints for a two room stacked basement and they had actually 3 pumps piped into the walls for the construction. Prior to that I did not realize that it was really a problem.
