Maternity Leave For Pregnant Teens

Please consider the following as a news bulletin:

"A school board decides to introduce maternity leave, for teenagers who become pregnant while attending high school. The school board regards this decision, as a way to allow teenagers, to accept their new responsibility, bond with their baby and then, have the opportunity to resume their studies."

If the above were true and your daughter attends this high school, how would you react to this announcement?

Is it just me or is this school basically saying 'go ahead and get pregnant'? I think that they should be doing more to prevent teens from getting pregnant not offering them maternity leave.
