I don't know which is the best but I'm hearing that Paranormal Activity will like scare you out of your pants.

Some friends want to go see a late night showing of Paranormal Activity 2 but I don't know if after a night of masks of costumes I will have the energy for that.

Best Halloween Movie Sports & Fashion Music Movies

Anything Friday 13th or Freddy is probably right up there. I don't have a particular favorite. If you want to scare anyone then set the atmosphere. Nice wide screen with surround sound and no lights.

Its kinda hard to recommend scary movies because everyone is different. Some people aren't moved by slashers but they do like something with thrills that make you jump because of a sudden sound or something. You could try Bereavement. Some hated it others liked it, you be the judge but don't hate me.
