When buying franks (sausages / hot dogs) do you prefer if they are made out of pork, beef or chicken?

I prefer all beef if at all possible. But the mix bag scrap hot dogs are the cheapest, and sometimes that becomes paramount. The all beef brats and franks have a better heartier flavor in my opinion. In addition, its just better to think about than eating scraps from chicken, pork, and beef. The old mystery meat has less appeal. But I have never had all pork franks, and the all chicken franks are OK to eat.

I prefer beef, and like my hot dog to be dense and not like a sponge as many of the ones now are made.
