IBM SUES AMAZON FOR PATENTS INFRINGEMENT
IBM launched two lawsuits Monday against Amazon.com, claiming that the online retailer infringes on technologies developed at IBM Corp.

This is going to be an interesting court case being that Amazon obviously doesn't believe that IBM has a case at all. Judging by their responses to IBM, they won't even entertain the possibility that they have infringed on any IBM products.
