Recipe details: Griddle Cakes(Chubbie's)
2 c Flour 2 tb Sugar 3/4 ts Salt 3 ts Baking powder 2 ea Eggs 1 1/4 c Milk 1/4 c Melted shortening or oil Stir to-gether flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs and milk. Combine with dry ingredients mixing until smooth, add oil or shortening. |
