BOY, 3, LOCKED IN DAY-CARE VAN FOR HOURS
A three-year-old boy who failed to return home from a day care in Prince George, B.C. this week was found safe several hours later? locked in the day-care centre's van.

On the surface this sounds like the van driver has been really negligent with his duties, but when you read further into the article, it apparently doesn't seem that he should be the one held accountable, as the child wasn't on the rota to have been on the bus, he snook on, and fell asleep out of sight.
This then leads me to ask, why did the day care workers who were supposed to be accountable for the care of this little boy not even notice at all that they didn't have him within their care?
There are so many stories that have happened like this, that it's frightening.I'm grateful that this type of child care does seem to be the minority and not the majority!
