Matt Introduction

Sorry, I guess I missed the point on the intro message. I am LDS and somehow stumbled upon this message forum; I can't remember what I was looking up, but it led me here. My family joined the Church 30 years ago, when I was just a little kid, and I have been active ever since. My wife and I have 6 kids, ranging from 13 down to 16 months in age. We are originally from the Pacific Northwest, but moved to Kansas about 4 years ago to get away from the big city and from all the ultra-liberal garbage that was continually being forced down our throats. Also, houses are incredibly cheap here! We live about 180 miles east of the Kansas City metro area, in a town of about 550 souls. I have enjoyed reading the posts on this forum, and hope to have something of value to contribute in the future.

Thanks for posting your introduction message, this forum allows you to interact positively with many people on varying topics such as LDS Church news, Doctrine, the Book of Mormon, etc. However, do keep in mind that LDS Related Discussion is kept only in the LDS Related Boards as this is an International Community.

The next thing you should do now is update your profile. You can do this by clicking the link called, 'My Controls' in the top menu. You may wish to venture over to the LDS Deep Doctrine board or the News & RM Section and have a look around.
