Presumably you have taken offense at my comment about poetry. It was just a passing comment and not an absolute. There is some truth to it, but I have written some poetry in spite of being word economical. Many people (including many females) have disagreed with you about my depth however. To set you at peace (hopefully) here is a poem I wrote in 98 that is probably up a line you would find interesting.
I know a girl so fair and white
to see her face is a pure delight
I love her eyes so soft and clear
they"re full of joy, devoid of fear
Her spirit shines with rays so bright
showing, to all who see, God's might
for only by Him can she be so good
through holding to truth, like she knows she should
Her heart is full of love, like none I"ve seen
as if on this earth she"d never been
"Oh, where could I find another like this," I ask
to answer that would be a true task
Yet all around just see the girl
and have yet her true self to unfurl
for dreams she makes real to my gladdened heart
and gives to my hopes a place to start
When all seemed lost, and true love a dream
my feelings renewed and have began to stream
I said to my God, "eternal marriage is not for me"
He said, "have you considered My servant Sarah," and I began to see
Through it all I see her love
coming from God in heaven above
"how can I not love love," I ask myself
for she is love inside herself
Words seem so empty, unable to speak
I can't find the words that I really seek
how can they say the things that I feel
and bring back the love that I hope to heal
