HAITI, IRAQ RATED AS MOST CORRUPT
Iraq, racked by violence since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion, and impoverished Haiti, Myanmar and Guinea are ranked as the most corrupt countries in the world in a new survey.

Countries Corrupt The
Some of the top countries I have not heard of. But Haiti has been known as a corrupt country for many years. Since Iraq is not stable and doesn't have a government of its own yet, I'm not surprised of the amount of corruption in that country. I'm not sure I really understand how it is determine what the level or corruption is.
