That's almost like asking if God is all powerful can He create a rock so heavy He can't lift? Perhaps God does have the ability to create spirits without a female, but does not because it's not in His nature to do so, even though he could. Those eternal laws are there for a reason and since He is perfect he wouldn't break that law. This can definitely go in circles.

I seriously think that sexuality as in our gender is really only important here and in the next life it is not relevant because we are on equal footing in the grand scheme of things.

The thing is its not like that, no one is truly asexual, hence the reason a thoughtful Heavenly Father has given each gender their task.
