It seems that the Consumer Federation of America (CFA) is concerned about the lack of competitiveness in the Real Estate Industry. According to the Consumer Federation of America the whole business is controlled by a few dominant Brokers who use the licensed Agents as pawns. What do you think about this, is it it true?
