I mean no offense but how realistic is a hotel under the ocean? It sounds like Atlantis (and I am quite sure that will be the name). The amount of resources to pull that up will be insane.

Now that is cool! But to build a underwater hotel will take a lot of resources and money, I am not sure how people can go there if the hotel is underwater, probably they can swim there or take a submarine there or something but there must be some way to get inside.

I don't know if I could feel comfortable knowing that I'm surrounded by millions of tonnes of water all around me. Just imagine if there was an accident.

I think this a rather unique and interesting idea. I would think about reserving a room to be able to stay under the ocean and watch fish and other marine life swimming past your rooms windows. You would not have to worry about someone peeking into your motel room window.
