NASCAR tried to even out the competition in the Nationwide Series on Wednesday by ordering all teams using Toyota motors to squeeze down their horsepower before this weekend's race in Indianapolis.

this is why I am not a too much of a NASCAR fan. Everytime someone develops an edge they make it harder for that team to compete. If the other teams can not keep up then why punish the ones who develope something better? It is this type of development that has helped make cars on the road better today.
