What Did You Eat Today?

I thought it would be interesting to create a thread about our daily menus so we can exchange ideas since most of the time we tend to cook the same things. Feel free to update this thread daily. I will start:

Breakfast: Corn Flakes

Lunch: Stew Chicken (Trini style) with potatoes, pigeon peas, carrots, rice and cole slaw.

Snack: Cookies

Dinner: Same as lunch.
