Something you might never read here again: The trunk spoiler on the V-6 tester was a visual benefit. It's subtle, unlike typically dreadful spoilers. It actually worked to visually lengthen the rump and raise the eye. Without the spoiler's distraction, the Altima's rear resembles the backside of somebody too long on the couch, too often into the bonbons. Ref. Source 2
