Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials: Beer Basted Hibachi Chicken w/ Fresh Herbs & Magic

1 Whole Chicken -- 2 to 3lbs.

1 Tbsp Garlic -- Freshly Minced

1 Tsp Kosher Salt

1/4 Tsp White Pepper

1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tsp Paprika

1 Tsp Coriander

2 Tbsp Basil -- Chopped

2 tbsp Thyme -- Chopped

2 tbsp Marjoram -- Chopped

2 Tsp Black Pepper -- Coarse Ground

1 c Fresh Herbs

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 Bottle of Beer -- your brand

Wash and dry the chicken. Mix together the next ten ingredients. Rub the chicken thoroughly inside and out with the seasoning mix. Put the fresh herbs into the cavity. Brush the bird with olive oil. Transfer to a oven proof dish. Pour beer over chicken. Cook for 1 1/2 hours on a charcoal grill covered. Basting with the beer every 20 minutes.
