Again, another Utah case. Where were the parents of a 4 years old girl who is walking by herself in the neighborhood? You cannot take chances, you cannot leave your kids out of your sight at anytime!

| (KSL News) A registered sex offender is in jail this morning accused of luring a 4-year-old girl into his apartment and sexually abusing her. Police say 36-year-old Lance Baker admitted he invited the girl into his apartment and touched her genital area. The Deseret Morning News is reporting the child told investigators she lived near a man who choked and touched her.
