In the United States, all chrome vehicles are banned for that very reason. All chrome vehicles are dangerous because they blind anything that is at the right angle to receive secondary rays from it. Thus we have really cool pictures of all chrome sports cars and sedans, but you never see any one the road.
I would like to be seen in an all chrome car, but would not like to actually drive one or ride in one during the day. I wouldn't want to be the cause of an accident because of the reflection. However, I would love to see the look of it driving through the Vegas strip at night!
