The other part of this Topic is the Dominican Republic ID / Passport, how secure is it and how much travel does it allow the owner? For instance, in some countries having a German passport can allow you to visit many countries without the limitations of visas, etc. Additionally, some countries are so desperate for tourists that you do not even need a passport to travel to them so long as you come from North America and some parts of Europe.

Lastly, will you be willing to give up your state / country's Passport in exchange for a Dominican Republic Documents?
