POLICE PROPOSE GUARDIAN ANGELS

The heady mix of the school year finishing and boozy celebrations has prompted a new Wellington police "Guardian Angel" initiative urging teens to take care of each other.

If you can get some of the teens to hang out at parties to make sure their friends do not drive away drunk is a good idea. I think any method used to help make teens aware of the dangers of drinking and driving is a good thing.
