Reuters - The American Civil Liberties Union sued a Pennsylvania prosecutor on Wednesday over his threats to charge three teenage girls with child pornography for allowing themselves to be photographed partly clothed with cellphone cameras.

Reuters case photos teen semi-nude sued prosecutor US
I have to agree with the ACLU here on this. I do not see the girls saying they were forced or that the pics were sent without their concent. I just hope they realize that this behavior is not the best. I hope their parents have had a nice talk with them.
