Fruit Juice & Kids

PURE FRUIT JUICE NOT LIKELY TO PUT WEIGHT ON KIDS

Contrary to popular belief, drinking pure 100 percent fruit juice does not make young children overweight or at risk for becoming overweight, new research shows. Pure fruit juice provides essential nutrients and, in moderation, may actually help children maintain a healthy weight.

Kids and Juice Fruit

Nice to read more and more good articles pointing out how natural juice and sweeteners are better for you.

Hard to imagine drink juice that tastes surprisingly like the fruit it was made from encourages children to eat fruit!

I think the worst part of the artificial juices is it causes the children to acquire a taste for the chemical used to create the simulated flavors. Once done it quickly branches over to the common junk foods ie chips and pop. I also think the people also tend to like ugg fast food no offense McDonald lovers but really a fried potato should not be made from compressed corn starch!
