Chestnut Street in Lakeside
THE PROBLEM: Blink and you might miss Chestnut Street, a short, two-lane road that skirts the south side of Lindo Lake County Park in Lakeside. Eight houses straddle the road that has an unpaved shoulder and no sidewalk. Drivers have to negotiate two curves to get through the neighborhood.
