What are your thoughts about this great dish?

Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

3/4 c Butter

3/4 c Sugar

3 tb Cocoa

1 tb Water

1/2 ts Vanilla

2 c Rolled oats

Mix sugar and cocoa. Add butter, water, and vanilla. Mix in rolled oats. Refridgerate overnight. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
