I think I could if I get the proper training. The only difficult part is to find a hospital willing to accept this since the comfort of the mother is the most important thing. If you live in a place like Trinidad then forget it, they are old-schooled and they want you to lay down even though you feel to lay on your side to mitigate the pain at least until is time to push!
